Technical Lead - Full-stack Developer (React/ Node.js)

Skills & experience requirement

• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS & proficient in Next.js is desired
• Must have strong skills in web markup HTML5/ CSS3
• Experience in Node.js backend development
• Experience in writing tests with frameworks like Jest/ Mocha
• Experience in Azure would be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with expectation management skills
• Experience in Redux / Flux / state management tools
• Strong knowledge about React hooks
• Strong knowledge of functional and nonfunctional components
• Experience in CI/CD methods to deploy react builds in pipeline
• Understanding about Webpack / CRA in High level would be valued
• Strong knowledge about Java script fundamentals and core theories
• Strong knowledge about Data structures and algorithms
• Able to write efficient code using design patterns
• Demonstrate fluency in understanding and breaking down problems
• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT or an equivalent qualification
