Software Quality Assurance Lead

Skills & experience requirements

● 7+ years’ experience in manual and automation testing with a minimum 1 year in a similar capacity
● Hand-on experience in Test Automation Framework using Webdriver IO, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and Rest Assured
● Knowledge in Test Automation Framework Development is an added benefit
● Hands-on experience working with source code management tools such as GitHub
● Hands-on experience with performance test tools such as Jmeter and Load runner
● Experience in CI/CD practice and tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
● Knowledge of manual testing for web/mobile (Android, iOS) applications
● Experience working with Agile/Scrum practices
● Understanding of JIRA/Assure DevOps or other similar tools
● Experience in Database Testing
● Strong knowledge of QA Fundamentals
● An understanding of modern SDLC principles and tools
● Experience in test plan/ test strategy development
● Handling end-to-end QA deliverables
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
● Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them when required
