Business Analyst

Role and responsibilities

- Requirement elicitation and solution scoping

-  Business requirement documentation (SRS, BRS, User Stories, etc..)

-  Ability to convert major business requirements into simple user stories

-  Analyze requirements and design solutions to address user needs

-  Validate the practical application of design with technical and business teams

-  Prepare high-levelscope documents and detailed design documents

-  Ability to continuously optimize and improve the overall system

-  Maintain product backlog based on dynamically changing client delivery priorities

-  Ability to conduct solution proposing presentations to the customer

-  Ability to conduct product demonstration and training sessions to customer

-  Ability to conduct business solution or design briefings to internal teams

-  Ability to provide business solution designs to support the latest technologies

-  Finding solutions to new and unique customer requests

-  Manage the project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Required Experience

- 3+ years of software industry experience.

-  Good domain knowledge in ERP applications

-  Self-learn a matured product

-  Excellent understanding of business processes

-  Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices

-  Sound knowledge in table and relationship in SQL

-  Knowledge in process flows & cross functional diagrams

-  Experience in Power BI dashboard development

-  Excellent presentation skills.
